Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Path Within. By booking or participating in a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session with Bianca O’Connell, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to support a respectful, safe, and clear experience for all clients.

1. Services Offered

The Path Within offers in-person QHHT sessions in Tauranga, New Zealand. These sessions are currently available at no charge as Bianca completes her Level 1 QHHT qualification. Full pricing (NZD $444 per session) will apply once certification is complete.

Each session typically lasts between 4–5 hours and is intended for self-exploration, insight, and personal transformation.

2. Eligibility

QHHT sessions are not recommended for individuals under the age of 18.
You must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances during the session.
Please disclose any diagnosed mental health conditions (such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia), as these may affect your suitability for a QHHT session. Sessions are not appropriate for individuals currently experiencing acute mental health crises.

3. Medical Disclaimer

QHHT is not a medical or psychological treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare. No guarantees are made regarding healing outcomes or results. If you have a medical or psychiatric condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating.

4. Bookings and Payment

All sessions are by appointment only. A $100 NZD deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance (when applicable) must be paid before your session begins.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No refunds are given for no-shows.

6. Refunds

Due to the personal and time-intensive nature of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions, no refunds are offered for completed sessions, even if outcomes differ from client expectations. Every session is unique and driven by the client’s Higher Self; while many experience deep insight and healing, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds for cancellations are handled under the Cancellation Policy outlined above.

7. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

  • Be emotionally and mentally prepared for the process

  • Arrive on time for your session

  • Avoid alcohol and illegal substances prior to your session

  • Disclose any relevant mental health or medical concerns

  • Be open and willing to explore personal topics with curiosity and self-responsibility

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logo, and session materials) is the intellectual property of The Path Within unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material without prior written permission.

9. Confidentiality and Consent

All sessions are held in strict confidence. No session recordings, personal stories, or details will be shared without your express written permission. You have the right to request that your session not be recorded.

10. Right to Refuse Service

The Path Within reserves the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unsuitable for a session or if their conduct is disrespectful or unsafe.

11. Updates to Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be published on this website.
