Where does the session take place?
I currently offer in-person QHHT sessions designed to create a safe, relaxed space for deep inner work. Sessions are held in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to feel grounded and supported in a familiar environment.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone’s healing journey is unique. Most people experience profound insight and change after just one session — that’s the beauty of this deep, focused work. That said, you may feel drawn to return for further exploration or integration down the track. It’s best to give yourself time and space after a session to let the healing settle before deciding if you’re ready for another.
Are others allowed to be present?
No — these sessions are deeply personal, and having others present can unintentionally block or influence the experience. For your safety and depth of access, the space needs to be just for you.
Is everything shared in a session confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is essential and always upheld. I hold a safe, respectful space for you to speak freely. On occasion, I may share anonymous examples from other sessions to help you feel at ease or illustrate a concept — but always with permission and without identifying details.
What will my session be like?
Each session is entirely unique. We begin with an open-hearted chat where you share your story, patterns, and the questions you'd like answers to. This helps us set the foundation for what unfolds.
You’ll then get comfortable — lying down or resting however suits you best. I’ll guide you through gentle visualisation, and together we’ll shift into a relaxed, dream-like state. This is where your deeper wisdom speaks, and we explore the information or healing that’s ready to come through.
Sessions are recorded and sent to you via a secure link afterwards. Listening back is a vital part of the healing, often unlocking deeper understanding and integration.
Will I fall asleep or lose control?
No. Hypnosis isn’t sleep, amnesia, or mind control. You remain fully aware and in control throughout. It’s a natural, focused state — much like guided meditation. If you drift off momentarily, that’s okay. Your inner self knows what you need. I gently guide you back when needed, and we continue.
How long does a session take?
Plan for 4–6 hours. Each session flows in its own timing — this is deep, sacred work, and we honour it without rushing. The investment is fixed regardless of how long your session runs, so you can relax and let the process unfold naturally.
Where are you based?

Do I stay in control during hypnosis?
Yes — 100%. You’re aware, alert, and free to stop at any time. I simply guide and hold space. You are always in charge of your own experience.
What is the Subconscious (SC) in this work?
The "Subconscious" here refers to your Higher Self, Oversoul, inner knowing — the vast, wise, loving part of you that exists beyond the conscious mind. It sees your life from a higher perspective and offers guidance, healing, and understanding without judgment or attachment.
What if I experience something unexpected?
Trust whatever arises. Sessions don’t always follow your expectations — you may find yourself in a past life, a future timeline, a parallel experience, or a seemingly mundane memory. Whatever shows up is what’s most needed for your healing right now. Stay open and curious.
What if I think I’m making it up?
That’s totally normal. You're engaging the intuitive, imaginative right side of the brain — the part that holds symbolic memory and deep subconscious information. Let your heart be the judge: Does it feel true? Is it helpful? Then it’s exactly what was meant to come through.
Is this a psychic or fortune-telling session?
No. These sessions are not about predicting your future. They are a therapeutic and spiritual process designed to empower you, reconnect you with your own truth, and help you shift from within. You hold the answers — this process simply helps you access them.
What should I expect overall?
Each session includes:

A warm, in-depth conversation to explore your life story and the questions you’re bringing (1.5–2 hrs)

A gentle hypnosis journey where we access scenes, guidance, healing, and answers from within (1.5–2 hrs)
