Where does the session take place?

I currently offer in-person QHHT sessions designed to create a safe, relaxed space for deep inner work. Sessions are held in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to feel grounded and supported in a familiar environment. 

How many sessions will I need?

QHHT was originally designed by Dolores Cannon as a single-session modality. The intention is that one session can provide meaningful insight and understanding for the questions you’re bringing at that time.

Many people find that one session offers a great deal of clarity and perspective.

However, as life unfolds, new questions, experiences, or areas of growth can arise. Some people choose to return for another session when they feel ready to explore the next layer of their journey.

There is no expectation or requirement for multiple sessions. It’s important to allow yourself time after your session to reflect and integrate what came through before deciding whether you feel called to explore again.

Are others allowed to be present?

No, QHHT sessions are a very personal experience, so the session space is kept private between you and your practitioner.

Having others present can unintentionally influence the process or make it harder for you to relax fully and speak openly about what arises during the session.

Creating a quiet, private space helps you feel safe, comfortable, and able to explore the experience without distraction.

Is everything shared in a session confidential?

Yes, everything shared during your session is treated with complete confidentiality.

QHHT sessions are deeply personal, and I hold a safe, respectful space where you can speak openly about your experiences without judgment.

Occasionally, I may share general or anonymous examples from past sessions to help explain the process or put someone at ease, but these never include identifying details and are never connected to any specific person.

Your privacy and trust are always respected.

What will my session be like?

Each QHHT session is a personal and unique experience.

We begin with a relaxed conversation where you can share your life story, the patterns you’ve noticed, and any questions you’d like to explore. This helps us create a clear intention for the session and allows me to understand what’s most important to you.

Once you’re comfortable, either lying down or resting in a position that feels natural, I’ll gently guide you through a series of relaxation and visualisation techniques. This helps you enter a calm, focused state where the subconscious mind becomes more accessible.

From this state, we explore the experiences, insights, or memories that arise, and we also ask questions of your Higher Self to gain greater clarity and understanding.

Your entire session is recorded and sent to you afterwards via a secure link. Listening back later often brings additional insights and helps deepen the integration of what you experienced.

Will I fall asleep or lose control?

No. Hypnosis is not sleep, amnesia, or mind control.

During the session you remain aware, present, and able to speak throughout the entire process. You can move, adjust your position, or stop the session at any time if you wish.

The state we enter is a natural, focused level of relaxation, similar to guided meditation or the feeling just before falling asleep.

If you do drift slightly, that’s completely normal. I simply guide you gently back and we continue.

What if I can’t be hypnotised?

This is a very common concern, especially for people who have never experienced hypnosis before.

The good news is that most people can enter the relaxed, focused state used in QHHT. Hypnosis is not something that is “done to you”, it’s a natural state of awareness.

In fact, you likely experience similar states every day when you become deeply absorbed in a book, a movie, or when your mind drifts just before sleep.

The most important factors are simply your willingness to relax, follow the guidance, and allow your imagination to engage with the process.

Even if the experience feels subtle at first, meaningful insights can still arise during the session.

How long does a session take?

Please allow 4–6 hours for your session.

QHHT sessions are intentionally spacious and unhurried. This allows enough time for the conversation beforehand, the hypnosis experience itself, and a discussion afterwards to reflect on what came through.

Your investment remains the same regardless of how long your session lasts, so there is no pressure to rush the process.

Where are you based?

I’m based in Tauranga, New Zealand, and sessions are currently offered in person only within Tauranga and surrounding areas.

What can Quantum Healing Hypnosis help with?

Is QHHT right for me?

QHHT tends to resonate most with people who feel a genuine curiosity about understanding their life on a deeper level.

Often, by the time someone finds this work, they’ve already spent time reflecting on their life experiences and asking bigger questions, about repeating patterns, the meaning behind certain events, or the deeper purpose of their journey.

You don’t need to be highly spiritual, experienced with hypnosis, or skilled at meditation. What matters far more is your ability to relax, trust the process, and allow whatever arises in the session to unfold naturally.

Many people are surprised to discover that the insights they receive feel less like something new being given to them, and more like something they already sensed within themselves finally being brought into clarity.

Every session is different. Some people receive very vivid experiences, while others receive quieter insights that unfold gradually. Both are equally valuable.

What is the Subconscious (SC) in this work?

The "Subconscious" here refers to your Higher Self, Oversoul, inner knowing, the vast, wise, loving part of you that exists beyond the conscious mind. It sees your life from a higher perspective and offers guidance, healing, and understanding without judgment or attachment.

What if I experience something unexpected?

It’s very common for sessions to unfold in ways people don’t anticipate.

While some people experience past lives, others may encounter symbolic scenes, parallel experiences, memories from this life, or moments that initially seem ordinary. Often these experiences carry insights or connections that become clearer as the session unfolds.

The subconscious mind communicates in many different ways, and what arises is usually connected to something meaningful within your life story.

The most helpful approach is simply to stay relaxed, curious, and open to whatever your mind chooses to reveal during the process.

What if I think I’m making it up?

This is one of the most common questions people have during a session, and it’s completely normal.

When you're in the relaxed hypnotic state used in QHHT, your mind is working through imagination, intuition, and symbolic memory, the same part of the mind that we use when dreaming or remembering.

Because of this, the experiences can sometimes feel like you’re “making them up.” In reality, this is often just how the subconscious mind communicates.

The most helpful approach is to simply describe whatever comes to mind without analysing it too much in the moment. Often, the meaning or connections become clearer as the session unfolds or when you listen back to the recording afterward.

Many people later realise that what first felt imagined actually held surprising insight into their life, patterns, or experiences.

The key is simply to stay relaxed and share whatever you notice, even if it feels small or unexpected.

Is this a psychic or fortune-telling session?

No. QHHT sessions are not about predicting the future.

Instead, they are designed to help you access the deeper wisdom of your own subconscious mind, the part of you that holds insight into your life experiences, patterns, and questions.

The purpose of the session is to support greater understanding, perspective, and connection with your own inner guidance.

You are not receiving answers from me, the insights come from within you.

What should I expect overall?

A full QHHT session is a relaxed, spacious experience that unfolds over several hours.

The session includes:

An in-depth conversation
We begin with a relaxed discussion about your life story, the patterns you’ve noticed, and the questions you’d like to explore.
(approximately 1.5–2 hours)

The hypnosis journey
You’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state where we explore the scenes, insights, and guidance that arise from your subconscious mind. During this part we also ask questions of your Higher Self to gain clarity, perspective, and understanding.
(approximately 1.5–2 hours)

Debrief and reflection
After the hypnosis portion, we take time to talk about what you experienced and reflect on any insights that came through.
(approximately 30–60 minutes)

You’ll also receive a full audio recording of your session so you can revisit the experience and reflect on what came through afterward.

Because the session can be quite immersive, it’s recommended that you keep the rest of your day clear so you have time to relax, reflect, journal, or simply integrate the experience.
