From Lost to Found: Remember Who You Are

Updated: Nov 7

There was a time in my life when I gave everything to everyone else. My children needed me, the business demanded me, and the endless list of responsibilities kept growing. Somewhere in the middle of all that noise and busyness, I disappeared.

Have you ever felt like you’ve forgotten who you truly are?

I came last, over and over again. And while on the outside it looked like I was “holding it all together,” inside I felt empty. Deep down, I knew I was here for a reason — that my life was meant to have a greater purpose. But I couldn’t see it, and that left me feeling lost, restless, and disconnected from myself.

Losing Myself

Even as a teenager, I knew there was more to life than what I could see. I felt this pull toward something deeper, something beyond the ordinary. But as I got older, I stopped searching. Life took over.

I met my husband, and together we built a family and a business. On the outside, everything looked good. But inside, I felt increasingly depressed and empty. No matter how much I poured myself into work or family, there was always this sense that something was missing.

I searched for many years, trying different things, hoping to find that missing piece. But nothing seemed to last, and over time I sank deeper into exhaustion and disconnection.

The Turning Point

Then came the breaking point.

I was at an all-time low. Something inside me finally snapped, and I had a breakdown. I remember sending out a desperate cry to the universe: “Help me, please. I can’t keep living like this.”

And something shifted.

That night marked the beginning of true change. I gave up alcohol — and it was like lifting a veil. The heaviness started to clear. For the first time in years, I could feel a connection again. I actively began reaching out to my guides, and with that, a whole new world opened up.

It was subtle at first, but undeniable. I felt lighter. I felt supported. And I knew, deep down, that I wasn’t walking this journey alone anymore.

Rediscovering Myself

I didn’t know exactly where this path would take me, but I kept going.

I started journaling, pouring out the thoughts and feelings I had bottled up for years. I made time for meditation, even if it was just a few quiet minutes to reconnect with my breath. My first QHHT session was a breakthrough — I gained insights and clarity I had been searching for my whole life. I explored plant medicine and embraced the wisdom it brought.

Most importantly, I gave myself permission to spend time in nature and to do more of the things that lit me up inside. Slowly, piece by piece, I began to rediscover the woman I had buried beneath the weight of responsibility.

For the first time in years, I started to feel glimmers of clarity and self-worth returning.

Discovering QHHT – My Soul’s Calling

Somewhere along this journey, I stumbled across QHHT — Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.

I was watching sessions online and something inside me lit up. I didn’t even fully understand why, but I felt instantly drawn to it.

Not long after, a practitioner happened to be traveling through my area. I booked a session, and that experience was a turning point of its own. It confirmed everything I had been feeling deep down — that this was not just something I needed personally, but something I was called to share with others.

QHHT wasn’t simply another tool or practice. It felt like coming home. It gave me access to the deep clarity, wisdom, and healing that had always been waiting within me. And now, guiding others through their own sessions, I get to witness that same reconnection — people remembering who they truly are.
