Your guide to preparation, questions, expectations, and surrendering to the process.

1. Trust the Process, Honour the Journey
A QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) session is more than just a relaxing experience or a chance to explore past lives. It’s a sacred journey inward—an opportunity to connect with your Higher Self, access deep inner knowing, and receive the kind of clarity, healing, and guidance that can gently (or profoundly) reshape your life.
If you’ve been drawn to this work, it’s not by accident. Something within you is ready. Ready to heal, to grow, to remember. While spontaneous healings and life-altering insights are absolutely possible, they’re not something we can force or predict. The real magic lies in your willingness to show up—open-hearted, present, and trusting.
This post is for those who want to go deeper. Whether you're booked in for a session or simply feeling the call, these suggestions will help you prepare in a way that honours your soul’s journey and maximises the potential of the experience.

2. Before Your Session: How to Prepare
a. Clear Your Schedule
One of the best things you can do for yourself is give the day to the experience.
Take the day off from work or major obligations. Even though the session itself may only take a few hours, the energetic and emotional shifts can be profound.
Don’t plan anything demanding afterward. No errands, no big conversations, no social engagements. Create a space where you can just be—to integrate, reflect, and gently land back in your body and your life.
This session is for you. Honour that by allowing the time it deserves.
b. Mind and Body Preparation
Your physical state plays a big role in how deeply you’re able to relax and surrender. Here’s how to support yourself:
Limit caffeine, especially on the day of your session. Too much stimulation can make it harder to enter the deep, trance-like theta state we’re aiming for.
Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs for 24–48 hours prior. These substances can cloud your energetic field and interfere with your connection.
Get a good night’s sleep the night before. If your mind is rested, your subconscious is more accessible.
Eat a light, nourishing meal before your session—something grounding but not too heavy. You want your body to feel satisfied, not distracted by hunger or digestion.
Think of it like preparing for a ceremony—you’re aligning mind, body, and energy to meet your Higher Self.
c. Emotional Readiness
Perhaps the most important preparation isn’t physical at all—it’s emotional and energetic.
Come with a willingness to receive, not to control. You don’t need to "try" to make anything happen. Let go of expectations about how it should unfold.
Enter the space with love and curiosity. Your Higher Self will only ever show you what you’re ready to see. Trust that. If fear or doubt is present, that’s okay—just meet it gently and ask yourself, What would it feel like to choose trust instead?
The more you soften into the unknown, the more the wisdom within you can rise to the surface.

3. Creating Powerful Questions
This is your soul’s Q&A time – so make it count. One of the most unique aspects of a QHHT session is the opportunity to ask direct, heartfelt questions to your Higher Self. These are not surface-level curiosities. They’re often the big, soul-level questions you’ve carried for years—or lifetimes.
But here’s the key: Clarity and focus matter.
Your questions help guide the session, but you don’t need dozens. The answers that come through are often multi-layered and deeply connected. What seems like a simple response can ripple through many areas of your life.
a. How Many Questions Should I Prepare?
Aim for 10–15 well-considered questions. You’re welcome to write down more to begin with, but you’ll likely find that:
Some questions overlap or are answered through others.
Grouping questions by topic helps simplify and clarify your intention.
The fewer and clearer the questions, the more space there is for rich, in-depth answers.
Remember: quality over quantity.
b. Group and Refine Your List
To help you get started, here are some examples of commonly asked—and deeply impactful—questions, grouped by theme.
✨ Life Purpose & Direction
What is my soul’s purpose in this lifetime?
Am I currently on the right path?
What lessons am I meant to be learning right now?
What is blocking me from fully stepping into my purpose?
🩺 Health & Healing
What is the root cause of my [illness/symptom/chronic condition]?
What's the emotional or energetic component to this issue?
What steps can I take to support my healing?
Am I meant to fully heal from this in this lifetime?
What's the deeper message this illness is trying to deliver?
💞 Relationships
Why is my relationship with [specific person] so challenging or significant?
What soul contract exists between us?
Is this relationship meant to continue, or is it time to release it?
How can I better support or understand my child/partner/family member?
💼 Career & Finances
What kind of work aligns most with my soul’s path?
Am I in the right career or is there something else I’m meant to pursue?
How can I create more abundance and flow in my life?
What beliefs are holding me back from financial ease or fulfilment?
🌌 Spiritual Growth & Gifts
What past life experiences are influencing me in this lifetime?
Am I connected to any guides, star beings, or soul groups?
What spiritual gifts am I here to develop or awaken?
How can I deepen my connection with my Higher Self or Source?
What is my next step in my spiritual evolution?
c. Choose with Intention
Once you’ve written out your questions, take a moment to reflect.
Which ones feel most alive for you right now?
Are there repeats or overlaps that can be merged or dropped?
Are you asking from a place of curiosity, growth, and readiness to receive?
Trust that your Higher Self already knows what you need. Even if you forget to ask something or run out of time, the answers will come in the ways you most need to hear them—sometimes before the question is even spoken.

4. Set Realistic and Soul-Aligned Expectations
QHHT sessions can be incredibly profound. Clients often walk away with deep emotional release, a sense of peace, new clarity about their life purpose, or even physical healing. But it’s important to come into the experience with realistic, soul-aligned expectations—not a checklist of things you want to “achieve.”
This work is sacred. It’s not about chasing outcomes—it’s about opening to what your Higher Self knows you are ready for.
a. Be Aware of What You’ve Consumed
It’s easy to fall down the YouTube rabbit hole of QHHT sessions—many of them filled with astonishing stories of past life revelations, physical healings, or messages from spirit guides and galactic beings. And while these stories are beautiful and true…
“You’re watching the highlight reels, not the full picture.”
Those sessions are shared publicly because they’re extraordinary. But your session—whether it’s quiet and subtle or deep and emotional—is just as powerful for you. Sometimes the most transformative sessions look incredibly simple on the outside, but create massive internal shifts.
b. Healing is Multi-Layered
Healing is rarely one-dimensional.
Sometimes physical pain or illness can be released in the session itself.
Other times, the cause may be rooted in karmic patterns, ancestral trauma, suppressed emotion, or soul contracts still playing out.
Your Higher Self knows exactly what you’re ready to heal, and in what timing.
If something doesn’t shift immediately, it doesn’t mean the session wasn’t successful—it means that part of your healing may still be unfolding. Integration is a sacred part of the process.
c. Readiness is Everything
The truth is: you have to be ready.
Ready to hear what your Higher Self has to say.
Ready to let go of outdated identities, limiting stories, or emotional patterns that have kept you “safe.”
Ready to allow something new and truer to rise within you.
If you’re still clinging—consciously or unconsciously—to an illness, label, relationship, or belief, your Higher Self may lovingly hold space rather than rush change.
It will never force transformation upon you. But the moment you truly choose it? Everything begins to shift.

5. Trust, Openness & Surrender: The Energetics of a Powerful Session
QHHT isn’t something that happens to you—it’s something that arises through you. It’s a collaborative experience between your conscious mind, your subconscious, and your Higher Self. Understanding how this works ahead of time can help you relax and open into the journey more fully.
a. What to Expect: It’s Not What You Think
If you’ve never experienced hypnosis before, or if your only reference point is stage hypnosis or dramatic portrayals in the media, it’s important to recalibrate your expectations.
QHHT is not about losing control, going unconscious, or “being made” to do anything. Most people remain fully aware and present during their session. In fact, it often feels very similar to a guided meditation or a deeply relaxed daydream.
And that’s exactly how it’s meant to feel.
But because you’re still aware, your logical mind might pop in with thoughts like:
“Am I even under?”
“I don’t think this is working.”
“I’m just making this all up.”
This is totally normal. That’s your analytical mind (the left brain) trying to make sense of something it can’t fully grasp. Just notice it—and keep going.
Here’s the truth:
The Higher Self is not something outside of you—it is you. A deeper, more expanded version of you, the part that is still connected to Source. That’s why it can feel like it’s “just” you speaking. Because it is. Just from a wiser, more loving, and higher perspective.
b. Come with Love, Leave the Fear
The best thing you can bring into your session is a sense of openness and trust.
When you enter the space with love, your energy flows with ease. Your Higher Self can step forward more clearly, and your body and subconscious feel safe to relax.
If fear or doubt shows up—whether it’s fear of what you’ll see, of not “doing it right,” or of losing control—just acknowledge it and gently let it go.
Try saying silently to yourself: “I am safe. I am open. I trust what wants to unfold.”
Fear contracts the energy. Love opens it. You always get to choose.
c. Let Go of Control and Let It Flow
This is not a mental exercise, and it’s not something you can force.
You don’t need to "get it right."
You don’t need to control the experience.
You don’t even need to understand it while it’s happening.
The more you try to control, the more the conscious mind tightens its grip. The more you relax and allow, the more space your Higher Self has to come through.
Trust that whatever arises—whether it’s visual, emotional, physical, or subtle—is perfect for you in this moment. There is no “wrong way” to experience your session.
6. After Your Session: Integration is Key
Your QHHT session isn’t over when you open your eyes—it’s only just beginning.
The days and weeks that follow are a sacred space of integration. You may feel lighter, clearer, or even a little tender or raw as your system recalibrates to the shifts and insights that have taken place.
Give yourself permission to move slowly and mindfully. Let the healing continue to unfold in its own time.
Rest. Reflect. Receive.
Take some quiet time after your session—don’t rush back into busyness. Even a short walk, a warm bath, or simply sitting in nature can help your energy settle.
Journal anything that comes up. You may find new insights bubbling to the surface in the hours or days that follow. Writing them down helps anchor them into your awareness.
Listen to the recording. Once, twice, or as often as you feel called. Many people find that each time they listen, new layers are revealed. Sometimes the healing work continues simply by hearing your Higher Self’s words again in a calmer, more receptive state.
Gentleness Is Powerful
Healing doesn’t always arrive in a flash. It might unfold gradually—through a dream, a realisation, a sudden shift in how you respond to life. Be patient with yourself. The transformation is happening, even if it’s quiet.
Trust that your Higher Self gave you exactly what you needed, even if the meaning becomes clearer with time.

7. Final Thoughts: Your Higher Self Knows the Way
The most powerful thing you can bring into your QHHT session isn’t a perfectly curated question list or a certain level of spiritual knowledge—it’s your willingness to trust and your openness to receive.
Your Higher Self already knows what you’re ready for. It knows your intentions, your desires, your pain, your purpose—and it will always meet you with love, clarity, and compassion.
Your session isn’t the beginning of your journey. It’s a continuation of the inner work you’ve already been doing. In fact, it began the moment you said yes to yourself.
So take a deep breath. Trust the unfolding. And know that everything you need is already within you.
